Spring Studios is a creative agency and production company known for its work in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and luxury industries. Headquartered in London and New York, It offers a mix of strategy, creative services, content production, event space, and experiential marketing.
As the Social Lead for Spring Studios' internal content and social marketing, I was responsible for shaping and executing the strategy across owned social channels, ensuring consistency, relevance, and elevation of the brand's digital presence. The work bridged Spring Studios and Spring Place, aligning two premium brands under one cohesive strategic narrative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Led the development of a refreshed brand and content strategy for Spring Studios' social media, focusing on LinkedIn as a key platform for industry reputation, thought leadership, and business development.
- I repositioned the LinkedIn channel to reflect Spring's creative authority, cultural relevance, and premium clientele, driving engagement from C-suite and brand-side decision makers.
Content Development & Campaign Execution
- Created and managed a consistent stream of content that reflected Spring's key pillars — creative excellence, fashion, beauty, film, and culture, while aligning with wider campaign moments.
- Oversaw multi-format content production, including copywriting, art direction, and community management, ensuring a balance of aesthetic quality and strategic messaging.
Campaign Amplification: Tribeca Film Festival & Luxury Brand Work
- Led the social amplification strategy for Spring's work on Tribeca Film Festival and other partnerships with premium fashion and beauty brands.
- Shaped channel-specific content plans to showcase Spring's role in creative production and cultural partnerships in real time and post-campaign.
- Crafted content that highlighted behind-the-scenes insights, talent partnerships, and final creative outcomes, enhancing brand equity and future client appeal.
Internal Production & Social-first Storytelling
- Strategic lead on internal shoot coverage — working closely with production teams to develop social-first storytelling for Spring's shoots.
- Directed on-site content capture, briefed creatives, and built narrative frameworks to bring Spring's creative capabilities to life across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Collaboration Across Spring Place
- Aligned Spring Studios' strategy with Spring Place's content and brand positioning, ensuring cross-promotion and shared values were communicated effectively.
- Coordinating messaging and campaigns that bridged creativity, cultural events, and the membership experience, elevating both brands as cultural hubs for the creative industries.
