Siemens Social Media Pitch Win (Havas People)

While at Havas People, I led the social strategy approach for Siemens’ global employer brand pitch. A competitive RFP focused on transforming their social presence and aligning it with SEO and content strategy to strengthen their employer brand. I developed and refined the social workstream from initial brief through to final pitch delivery, shaping platform strategies, content pillars, and creative direction to engage early careers and tech audiences better.

I also supported and upskilled the junior team involved in the project, ensuring a cohesive and insight-driven approach that reflected Siemens’ ambition to position itself as ONE Tech Company. The resulting strategy translated Siemens’ complex global EVP into a scalable, audience-first storytelling framework across platforms.

Our integrated approach — combining data-driven storytelling, global-to-local adaptability, and SEO-aligned content — ultimately helped secure the win for Havas People.
