Research and development for early-stage projects across theatre, screen, music video, and advertising. Story development, casting guidance, and performance coaching.
She has trained with David Thackeray, whose credits include Industry, White Lotus, and Sex Education, with RC-Annie, whose work spans productions at the RSC and Shakespeare's Globe, and with Yarit Dor — one of the UK's leading intimacy practitioners, whose credits include Wicked: For Good and productions at the National Theatre and Shakespeare's Globe — through the Director's Cut Theatre Company.
Her wider qualifications include trauma-aware environment training, mental health first aid, safeguarding, and LGBTQIA+ gender awareness — all of which inform her work on productions involving complex and sensitive subject matter.
Natalie is a member of Equity (UK) and is BECTU, CRISP-certified. She is committed to building spaces where performers feel safe, supported, and free to do their best work.​
